Art and photography is the silent and subtle expression of emotions, experiences, and thoughts. It is indeed the manifestation of any hidden meaning, a symbol or a suggestion. Through pictures, paintings, photography and another artwork one can easily communicate what one intends to. To provide a platform for unusual and exceptional artists and NGOs from all background to showcase their artwork.
The theme of the event being empowerment will pay more attention to youth empowerment, women empowerment, social and economic empowerment. The artwork will focus on empowering today’s youth so that they become able to imagine and hence create a more beautiful world. For an example - An art is a great tool to support those acts that empower women and can discourage the unlawful acts which retard the progress of the same.
Anyone, from students to working professionals across the India, can participate.
Youth empowerment is a process where children and young people are encouraged to take charge of their lives. They do this by addressing their situation and then take action in order to improve their access to resources and transform their consciousness through their beliefs, values, and attitudes. Youth empowerment aims to improve quality of life.
Women empowerment is the process in which women elaborate and recreates what it is that they can be, do, and accomplish in a circumstance that they previously were denied. For them, it is allowing and acepting women who are outside of decision making process into it.
Social empowerment is the process of developing a sense of autonomy and self-confidence, and acting individually and collectively to change social relationships and the institutions and discourses that exclude poor people and keep them in poverty.
Economic empowerment is thought to allow poor people to think beyond immediate daily survival and to exercise greater control over both their resources and life choices.
Concept of the entries should be related to above mentioned themes.
Artwork, paintings and drawings, graffiti, Photography, digital, computer-enhanced or other machine-done work all are included but video is excluded.
Artwork can be done with pencils, crayons, paints, watercolors etc.
Strictly upload Scanned Image File in JPG/JPEG format.
Files should not exceed 10MB.
One artist can submit maximum 2 artworks.
All artwork, photographs etc. must be original
