Art and photography is the silent and subtle expression of emotions, experiences and thoughts. It is indeed the manifestation of any hidden meaning, a symbol or a suggestion. Through pictures, paintings, photographs, graffiti, digital art and other artwork one can easily communicate what one intends to. Adhikaar is the inter-college debate competition organised by Abhyuday, the social club of IIT Bombay. As the theme of the 5th edition of Abhyuday's Social festival on 20th-21st January 2018 is 'Enabling humanity with human rights' the motions would be based on topics such as violation of human rights, women harassment, public policy and governance, international affairs, education, etc.
